Instruction. Imagination. Inclusion. Interaction. Intentionality. Information. Illumination.

Instruction.

Follow the AASL standards for library lessons. Emphasize hands-on learning, while also incorporating behaviorism, cognitivism, and constructivism theories. Include student feedback in the development of lessons.

Intentionality.

Design instruction around current student population and take into consideration the specific needs of each teacher. Encourage student teaching initiatives to instill authority in all.

Information.
